MAX Vertical Lifts

MAX Lifts are some of the strongest, best built lifts on the water today, and have all the quality features that you've come to expect from MAX products. Stronger, thicker extrusions provide the foundation, and longer frames increase the "footprint" in the water, providing a stable platform for your watercraft.

The new MAX vertical lift was designed to accommodate today's bigger, heavier PWC's and small boats. A great choice, deliberately over-built, and the best value in it's class. We offer both hand-wheel operated lifts and electric winch systems.

Tri-Cradle Lift Feature

Our larger lifts are longer with an inside beam, providing more room for loading your boat without fear of damage. We incorporate the Max Tri-Cradle, which mirrors what trailer manufacturers do when building trailers for today's sophisticated boat hulls. The center cradle design allows the use of multiple lengths of bunks - as short as 9' - to provide optimum support for your investment while docked on the lift.

This puts the bunk support where it's needed without the added expense of using unnecessarily long bunks which don't make contact with the hull over the entire length. It works best for tri-toon pontoons with different size tubes, fiberglass boats with stepped hulls and varying dead rises, or inboards with taller fins or unique hull designs.

Craftlander Lift

Captain Rod's proud to offer Craftlander boat lifts. I urge anyone to find a better built boat lift on the market today when considering quality, features, warranty, and price. It can't be done, we know. We searched long and hard to find the right boat lift manufacturer to lead our sales. We looked at them all and Craftlander stood out by far. It wasn't even close.

The most common and pointed question I receive is "what's wrong with these lifts, why are the so cheap?" Good question. There is nothing wrong with Craftlander boat lifts at all. In fact they are among the best designed and built boat lifts on the market. Craftlander's quality is easily equal to Shore Station, Shore Master, Pier Pleasure, or Floe.

Craftlander lifts affordable and reliable with many great features that you may pay more for in higher end lifts. They have a heavy-duty aluminum frame with 100% stainless steel mounting hardware to ensure a long life in the water. The all-aluminum frame makes them light weight for easy removal in the winter for people in the northern states. The winch used by Craftlander makes them easier to crank than lifts of comparable size made by other manufacturers. Assembly is easy, even the novice, with all shipments coming with a full direction book and only requiring a few simple tools to put them together.

With a 120 inside opening beam it is best for boats that are up to 9 wide. These lifts are freestanding and do not require any type of anchoring. The lifts are designed to be placed along side of a dock or seawall.

Our lifts utilize an I-beam platform design for strength and reliability, but they are also designed for lower water application and allows the cradle to drop down into the lower framework. This allows our lifts to work as well as V-rack boat lift designs in shallow water while being more light weight.

CraftLander lifts are easier to crank than most lifts on the market today due to their patented "Positive Drive Winch" that is chain driven with needle bearings.
