It is a distinct pleasure to recommend Captain Rod's Boat Lift and Pier Service based in McHenry, IL.  In my capacity as President I have worked closely with Rod Schuh to handle my pier installations for all my new homes.  It is my opinion that they utilize superior products versus their competitors.  They are one of the few companies that I have encountered that keep up with technological advancements in the industry.

My interaction with their employees has always been positive and professional. Not only have they handled my new installations but I have recommended them to both the priave and business sectors to perform services.  I always follow up my clients when I refer an organization, to insure they meet the performance benchmarks I have set forth; every one of the clients noted a positive experience.

In terms of timelines that need to be adhered to Captain Rod's has always met or exceeded my project deadlines. During the constructon process many things can occur to create delays from material shortages to weather.  Although they didn't cause the delay's in the construction process they always step up to the plate to meet any deadlines.  They have gone the distance to complete projects even if it has meant working by candlelight.

I would continue on with more glowing accounts of Captain Rod's, but will instead simply say that I really do think the world of them.  In this day and age it is difficult to find competent, prompt, competitively priced and professional organizations to use.  Captain Rod's meets my high expectations and I will continue to not only utilize their service, but will continue to without reservation to recommended them to all.
